-Please print and presign the cert form if you can, this is avilable on the Facebook Group. This will hold us from starting on time the first night. 

-NO practicing times will be allowed this weekend. DO not show up and ask what tables to practice on, there are none. We will open tables 5pm-630pm Friday. The other times will be based on what we have open at the times. Do not expect them to be there. 

-ARRIVE 30 MINUTES BEFORE YOUR SCHEDULED TIME. The tournament director reserves the right to start 30 minutes early. If your team is not present you will forfeit. 

-Doors open 1 hour 30 minutes prior to start times. 

- There will be an informational meeting at 630pm on Friday and 830 on Saturday. These are mandatory.
